Each Drop Spindle is hand made from laser cutting my designs onto the front and back of 1/4" thick poplar wood, shaping the hardwood dowels, and shaping the hook.

The spindles are sanded numerous times, and coated in a wax conditioner. They are not finished or sealed as I prefer just waxing them, however after a thorough wash you could seal them with your preferred method!

*Your spindle will be unique as the natural wood grain can lead to darker, or lighter spots. The ones pictured show the design that you will get.
I use Howards Feed-N-Wax to give the wood a warm tone and shine. This product can easily be found in many hardware stores.
